In order to get started on any project, we will discuss what goals you have, provide any expert advice and answer any questions as well as see the space you want revived. We can see the space through pictures that you send to us or in person. As long as clear pictures of the entire space are sent and details are discussed and agreed upon, we are able to give a firm quote from that.
After details are discussed and agreed upon, a contract is signed and the project can begin! Timing is different for every job because no two jobs are alike, but we will give you an estimate that is as accurate as possible for each individual project. Usually the time frame is between 7-10 days. As with any construction/renovation project, there may be changes that come up during the process and we will make sure to keep you fully informed of any timeline changes to make sure it works for you.
We will come to your location and remove anything that can be removed, i.e. drawer fronts, cabinet doors, and take them to an offsite location to be worked on. This allows the least intrusion into your space as possible. With the remainder of the cabinets that can't be removed, we will decide on a time that works with your schedule to come and work on the project as well as prep for paint which includes taping off the area. During this time you won't have access to your cabinets but we try our best to minimize this time and will prep and paint as close together as possible.
Once the offsite pieces are finished, we will then return to the location and complete the install. This is also when any hardware and new hinges will be applied. Upon completion of the install, we will clean up our mess and remove any and all supplies that we have brought into your space.
Depending on the condition of your current cabinets, we will provide you with an accurate expectation as to what they can and will look like once they are refinished. We believe in full transparency and will give you honest feedback based on your specific goals and recommend what will work best.
We do require that a deposit is made prior to starting the project, this pays for any and all supplies and ensures commitment to the project. Upon completion of the project, the remainder of the payment is due. If there are any issues or concerns with the project we will do our best to remedy those immediately. We are also available, at any point, after the project to come and fix or touch up if it is needed.
